Refunds on Fantasy Master are only possible under specific circumstances:
Once a transaction is confirmed, cancellations are not allowed. However, Fantasy Master reserves the right to permit users to cancel a transaction and receive a refund if requested within 48 hours of the payment. To initiate a cancellation, members must email Fantasy Master at zopacefintechprivatelimited@gmail.com from their registered email address. If approved, Fantasy Master may refund the funds after deducting applicable cancellation fees and taxes.
If a transaction made on the Fantasy Master Platform does not reflect in your Fantasy Master wallet 48 hours after its completion, please notify us by sending an email to zopacefintechprivatelimited@gmail.com along with the transaction ID, date, transaction value, and cellphone number.
In cases where funds have been processed to your credit card or bank account without being credited to your Fantasy Master wallet, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your email.
